These residents will likely be affected by the big switch to digital tv in less than a year. Most residents who still use "rabbit ears" on their television sets will not get a signal and be forced to buy cable if they want a signal. Another problem is that under the current rules, only two converters can be requested per household. Sean Venable, a resident at St. Mary's Court, sits in his apartment with his television in which he still uses an antenna to get a picture.
