A Safeway grocery store and strip mall is planned for the area and many residents are concerned about urvanization, the lack of water, and the fragility of the wetlands and forests. PICTURED: Larry Atwood, the night manager of the Deale Food Rite has been a store employee for 18 years. He does everything from greet the customers to bag the groceries.
