The more influx of more affluent residents is pushing up housing costs and making it difficult for the latino, hasidic, polish, and italian communities. PICTURED: The Empire State Building and Manhatten skyline are easily seen from Williamsburg. Many of the industrial building are being converted into loft apartments and condominiums.
