Virginia United States Manassas, Va. A private tour of the Lucasville School in Manassas. The one-room school house was originally built in 1885 and while it is not the only remaining 19th century African-American school in Prince William County. It is the only remaining one-room school built for African-American children. The current school is a reconstruction that contains a few boards from the 1885 structure. Donated to Prince William County by Pulte Homes, the school will be used as an interpretive space for programs and tours.
