Montgomery County is expanding its walk-in summer free lunch program to assure that children in low-income families are getting fed during the summer in this recession. Students, staff and politicians show up to bring awareness to this expansion a Rolling Terrace Elem. School today. PICTURED: (l-r) Anthony Ventura age 4 and friend David Lamboni, age 6 enjoy a free lunch of chicken burgers, doritos, milk and orange juice at Rolling Terrace. Lamboni is from a low income family and attends headstart at Rolling Terrace. He will attend kindergarten there this year. (parental permission okay, they also okayed being termed a "low income family".
