Barbara Ott sits on the front porch of her Kearneysville, W.Va. home on Oct. 20 as she arranges a scrapbook about her brother Henry "Ricky" Ryan. Ryan was murdered and his body was found in a shallow grave off of the Virginia side of Route 9 in March 1989. The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office has reopened the cold case, and a detective hopes to use DNA evidence to bring Ryan's killer to justice.
