He owns a D.C. night club, three homes and two luxury cars. But instead of a D.C. loft, his place is a staid townhouse in suburban Ashburn. Kunal Shah, right, with his with business partner and roommate Rajeev Subramanian have yet to hang artwork on the walls. They have hung a large flat screen TV, though. They spend Sunday evening working for their club promotions business in Kunal's Ashburn townhouse. He owns three homes, but splits his time in Ashburn and Richmond when he's not working in D.C. at his nightclub or on the road with his rap star client.
