Dr. Frank Damazo and his collection of photographs from Operation Whitecoat, a program at Fort Detrick between 1954-1973which used some 2,300 human beings as guinea pigs to test the effects of deadly pathogens and biological agents. Shown is Dr. Frank Damazo sifting through some old photos of Operation Whitecoat Friday, April 25, 2003 at his Frederick practice. Dr. Frank Damazo was the coordinator between the volunteers, most of which were Seventh Day Adventist, and the United States army at Fort Detrick.
